Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using InterviewForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and InterviewForge.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to these terms) to use the platform. By using InterviewForge, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Premium subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid Premium subscription. Paid plans are billed securely via Base44 Payments.

• Free trial: New premium users receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
• Fees: Subscription fees are displayed at checkout and billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) unless you choose a lifetime plan.
• Renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. To cancel, contact Base44 support; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our payment provider's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering or scraping the platform, using the service for unlawful purposes, or submitting content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights.

AI-generated content

InterviewForge provides AI-generated content such as suggested answers, feedback, test cases, and study theory. This content is provided for educational purposes only and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any code or advice before relying on it, including in real interviews or production work.

Intellectual property

The platform, its curriculum content, and its software are owned by InterviewForge and protected by intellectual property laws. Your study data and notes remain yours. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your personal interview preparation.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using InterviewForge will result in a job offer or any specific outcome. Preparation advice and AI feedback are opinions, not professional guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewForge and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, if any.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, and we may remove your data in accordance with our retention policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
